By using StudySensei, you agree to our acceptable use guidelines, which prohibit harmful content, attempts to reverse-engineer the platform, or unauthorized data extraction. Students under 13 require verified parental consent. Schools and districts are responsible for securing necessary permissions before provisioning accounts.

StudySensei provides the service “as is,” though we strive for best-in-class reliability. We may update features without notice but will communicate changes that materially impact privacy or cost at least 30 days in advance. Either party can terminate access by providing written notice; schools retain control of student data exports upon termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local regulations. Contact legal@studysensei.app with any questions.
